Hello Everyone =o

Hi there, my name is Michael, but just call me Mikey (the community where I'm from, there were too many 'Michaels' >.>). I started role-playing and writing in 2004 on the Koei forums. From there I moved onto various Romance of the Three Kingdoms roleplays. I've admin-ed, ran and modded many sites and I've been on over 80 Rot3k rp sites and they've all been sorta fun. Most of them don't last for over three months, so we usually make a bunch more and they all die. :P It's a fun process. My most recent site that I adminded was Rot3k: New Era which lasted for the summer. Fun fact: I once wrote an Avatar fanfic on the Nickelodeon Forums and it was banned because too many people died. (Ahahahaha).

Anyway, I like open-world fantasy role-plays as well and I saw this ad so I said 'why not'. I love Avatar, the movie was a disaster and a total failure. 'Nuff said. I'll probably be a bending character, just don't know which element, well... definitely not Air at least. xD

Romance of the Three Kingdoms roleplays.

O.O is that like dynasty warriors? I thought it was made by the same people. owo I've seen some of the video games before... but they were in texas. XD

Yes, Dynasty Warrior roleplays. Both of the games are made by Koei, but they are based on the ancient Chinese novel of the same name. Most of them were battle-oriented but I tried to change that recently to be plot-driven and story-oriented. Some people liked my changes, some didn't. I ran New Era mostly by myself and I only expected it to last for the summer since I started school again. Admining by yourself is tedious stuff, I seldom had a chance to actually write. In my community the original character I had made in 2004, Ba Zeng, is so old he's legendary. xD I've also been on many other fantasy rps, DBZ rps, Resident Evil rps, Demon vs Angels crap. I've archived all of my stuff so I can look back on how crappy of a writer I was in the early 2000s.

My character's name here will probably be Ba Zeng or some variation of his name. :P

And yes, I live in Arizona. I was the Editor (albeit 'intern') of a local magazine for 10 months (I quit recently.). I published an average of three 1000-word articles a month; they were slave drivers. -_- I'm also a concert cellist of 8 years experience. Made 5th chair in the Regional Orchestra. BOOYA. xD

Haha I know you would have Derek, my desire was to staff alone though. After what happened in Season 1 (and the Era of Legends thing), I was convinced that I could only rely on myself. And even though Justin, Aaron, Adam, Steve helped out and stuff I still couldn't rely on them for the brunt work an admin has to do.

You may or may not have done a better job than they did, but whatevs, we won't know now. xD

...till I open Season Three.

Just kidding, I have no plans to make another site so far lol.

Sounds like fun and I can relate. ^^; Hibiki hasn't done anything admin related since he became admin so I'm still running the show. Though Hoppy, Kenny, and Kiyo help out quite a bit. I couldn't do it without them.
