Finally here!

Finally after three months they were in Omashu. Rika stretched her arms out as she rode on the back of Nuka, her pet Shirshu. Rozu was on the beast behind her. Next to them rode Kel, a man whom they had met three months ago and who had stuck with them on their journey. He was riding a bird type of creature that was almost like an ostritch.

Why had it taken them three months? Well for one Nuka had gotten sick and he'd almost died. Rika had nursed him back to health but they were unable to move for a long time. Then they had to keep backtracking and going different ways for they took forever to get across a river. The river had been so full that it had buried the bridge, it had taken them weeks to find a way across. After everything they had gone through together they had finally made it to the huge city of Omashu.

"Finally!" Rika squealed in excitement as the gates opened to let them through. She jumped off Nuka and stretched her legs out as she began to walk inside. "What do you guys want to do first? Get some grub? Go look for the bastard? Or do ya'll wanna split up?" she asked them both excitedly.

Kel followed Rika's lead, hopping off of his ostrich horse and taking lead of it by it's reigns on foot. He patted a bit of dust from his robes. "What do you guys want to do first? Get some grub? Go look for the bastard? Or do ya'll wanna split up?" She had asked enthusiastically. Kel decided early on in this trip that Rika's personality could go both ways for him: there were days when her up beat attitude would be the driving force that kept them from killing each other, just as there were times when he realized how young and naive she could be. Today was the former, and Kel found that keeping a positive outlook seemed to increase productivity, even if it seemed the couple spent an equal amount of their time in privacy as they did pursuing their target. He didnt blame them for that though, Nuka was sick for quite some time and the girl had been visibly distraught through the whole ordeal. It was a good thing she had Rozu's support while the beast got better, he didnt know if he had the capacity to comfort a child over the loss of their pet.

"Lets not rush in guns blazing, we arent even positive that Husain is here. I say we grab some food for now and get a feel for the place. We might end up dealing with much more than just the Black Hand, a key location like Omashu is swarming with Earth soldiers" He bumped her shoulder with his free hand and gestured vaguely at the whole city. If they got into a fight with the guards here, it would be one hell of a time. As they entered the city, it became clearer why: there were hundreds of them either at generic postings or marching through in groups. Omashu had a strong military force here, and they needed to tread lightly. Even three powerful benders couldn't compete with the numbers they had here.

If both Rika and Rozu wanted to storm the city, then that was what Kel would help them do. His belly grumbled a little. He hoped they waited until after lunch at the very least. He never was a big fan of fighting on an empty stomach. "Its not my call alone, but I think we need to go about this discretely. We should find a place we can stay until our investigation turns something up" He looked to Rozu. The young man would have his own opinion on what they would do.

With a subtle thump, Rozu hopped off Nukka. His face seemed bored and unamused, it had taken way to long to get here and that pissed him off. The only good that came from that long trip was getting to know his companions more. And he was able to restock on his supplies, since his stuff was lost a while ago. He stretched his entire body fully, letting out a loud sigh. Then patted his hands together, to clean them of the little dust that they had. The wind was blowing kind of hard, and Rozu’s hair swayed it was short again spiky and up. He figured he would go back to having his hair like this, having his hair low made look kind of scary and depressing. He started to pat his bare arms, letting some heat from his hands gently sway over them. He was wearing a black vest with some pants and shoes, capable of fighting and intense travel. They were new clothes and sort of expensive looking but Rozu didn’t care for such trivial things such as prices and expensive clothing.

He took glances around to take in his surroundings there was many guards and soldiers in Omashu. He never been to Omashu before but to have this many, was kind of uncalled for. Obviously something or somebody was here that holds great importance. Jut their luck too, right off that bat Rozu knew something was going to happen and whatever it was it was going to be big. Rozu was fully prepared physically and mentally. The past two months, he’s been training hard, the injury on his back became a scar but nothing more it didn’t hurt.

The pain in his arms and chest gone, as if nothing happened. But his skills improved seemingly ten fold, mastering the blue flame with some highly more advance firebending. Rozu was ready to take on anything that was coming to him, he even dwelled on the way here to fight the earth king. If the earth king was in Omahu. But dreams like that would never happen. Unless he wanted to go to prison, this isn’t the fire nation either so he couldn’t challenge him to an agni kai for a respectable fight to prove ones skills. It just seemed it was never going to happen at all.

A guard walked by and gave Rozu a smug look, Rozu presence was obviously a fire bender and a strong one at that. It was pretty natural for the guard to feel nervous and intimated by his presence, Rozu simple ignored it, and looked around. “Whatever you guys want to do. Food sounds good though, we should have something to eat so we can be at our fullest energy. Something tells me a lot is going to happen today.” Rozu said looking a close by dinner inn.

He started walking over there, passing by the same guard that gave him a nasty look. Rozu eyes dimmed low, he seemed so un amused now even if the guard did start a fight Rozu would simply retaliate without a care in the world. Have the guards bring him in, and perhaps get thrown in jail just to find a way out. And perhaps get closer to the earth king who may or may not be here, Rozu believed the earth king had all the answers to everything. But food was first, the guard did nothing and would let them enter the inn. There was a large open round table in the far back, Rozu started walking over there, from the clothing that Kel, Rika and Rozu were wearing they were obvious outsiders and right outsiders were exactly wanted with the war and drought. One man who had been looking at them since they walked in threw a wooden cup, towards Rika.

Rozu caught it before it was able to pass him, he knew Rika would have been able to retaliate in her own but Rozu wouldn’t want her to even lift a finger. He set the cup a blaze with a quick spark of blue colored fire, and rushed it. His face still showed that off boredom, he continued walking to the table pretty confident that no one would bother them as they sat and discussed and ate. Yes they were outsiders, but they were outsiders that could handle themselves.

Rike smiled as she walked into the restaraunt with them both. She'd loved the past few months with Rozu. They had gotten so much closer. She felt so loved and she could't help herself some nights. She'd slept with him and they had cuddled. They'd even made out on more than one occasion but they had never been alone due to Kel sort of being there. He had grown on her the past few months but Rika still valued her privacy with her boyfriend.

The woman wanted to take the next step. She'd always wanted to try sex but it had never driven her like it did now. At first she was nervous but now... now she justwanted to share that special time with Rozu. She wanted him to herself. Rika was planning on how they were going to do so when they entered the restaraunt that was connected to an inn. It was perfect.

"I think we should stay here tonight guys. Um Kel? I'm going to go on a date with Rozu so you can do anything you want after lunch." She said with a smile. As they ordered their food someone threw a glass at Rika. She gasped adn was going to catch it but Rozu was too fast and caught it for her.

Rika glared at teh man who did it but he quickly backed off when Rozu showed him a demonstration of what he could do. That blue fire was serious shit and most people knew that. Rika smirked and kissed Rozu on the lips. Once they were seated at a table Rika sat by Rozu while Kel sat across from them. The waitress served them but winked at rozu and touched his shoulder. Obviously she was flirting. "Anything you want sir?" she asked as she licked her lips. Her breasts almost hung completely out of her shirt as she leaned over the table so Rozu could see her rack. Rika was infuriated. What was wrong with the locals?

Rozu was seated on the right of the table, and was faced to look at Kel with Rika on his left side. When he sat down a sigh came from his mouth, he placed his right hand on the table. With his index finger he started making small burnt marks on the table out of boredom. Then his shoulder was tapped lightly, he lifted his head up to see who it was. A young lady about Rozu and Rika's age, of course she was attractive but Rozu would pay no mind to it. She gave him a wink, and Rozu gestured a small hand wave to show simple acknowledgement.

"Anything you want sir?" she asked, Rozu saw her lick her lips but thought nothing of it other then her lips must have been dry. Rozu was a master at being oblivious to the obvious when it came to women. Her chest was hanging out and was kind of close to him. He slid towards his left getting closer to Rika, he didnt want to mistakenly knock into her chest. "I will have some water...dont plan on staying here." he said with almost a disgusted voice. Rozu ran his hand through his hair his arm muscles flexed a bit, he was getting tense around this place.

The same people from before kept eyeing them. Rozu let out a little breath. "Actually dis regard that." he said towards the waitress. She looked sort of shocked, "We shall be taking our leave now...thanks for your help." He said holding out his hand for Rika as he stood.

He looked at her "Shall we leave this place, just me and you?" he asked knowing what answer he would get. The waitress saw this and sighed in dissapointment, she almost looked mad. She shoved up her large chest with her hands covering her rack, going on about her work.
