Meeting of Heishou's Big Three (P)

Matthias was sitting in his chamber in the Heishou's main headquarters enjoying some green tea. Well, not exactly enjoying it- he didn't like the flavor at all, actually- but it was healthy, so he was drinking it anyway. Regardless, he had his feet propped up on a small table while leaning back in a cushioned arm chair when there was a knock at the door. Without even looking over his shoulder to see who had entered. A servant turned around to appear in front of the waterbender. The servant was silver-haired, although he wasn't old, only middle-aged. He had a thick mustache and was beginning to bald. The servant's eyes were closed as he spoke, "M'lord, the boss has ordered a convenience with you and Master Daichi in 25 minutes in the main conference room, shall I escort you?"

"No need; I'll go alone. It's about time something happened around here." Matthias said as he rose out of his seat to change into his clothes for the day. He was still in his nightwear despite it being 2:00 in the afternoon. He hadn't met Daichi yet, but was excited at the prospect of greeting the oldest hand of Heishou. He hadn't heard much of him, only that he was ruthless and very clever and cunning. Matthias felt that he had nothing to worry about around him since he was well-rooted and independent; he would not be manipulated easily.

Matthias quickly changed into his blue kimono. He was always in something blue, whether it was his armor or his casual clothing, and it made it easy to identify him. He had a pale yellow sash tied around his waist and wore a black undershirt. He also had black ankle-length pants and black sandals on his feet.

Matthias was soon out the door and, keeping a brisk pace, arrived in the conference hall. It was a simple yet elegant room that was Traditional Japanese in style. It had a single semi-circular table that was split into 5 sections- 1 for each hand and 1 for the master of weapons or a guest. In the middle would be where Dao-Ming wold sit, with the Water and Air Hands to her right and the Earth and Weapons Master / Guest to her left. All that was left was to wait another 5 minutes for the meeting to begin.

After Daichi and Dao Ming had a pleasing "meeting", she had sent him to get some chocolate. He normally would have sent a servant of some kind to get it for her, but she insisted that she did it himself, saying it was attractive to see him walk away. It also helped that she lifted the covers with a devilish grin, showing promise of an extended encounter.

Daichi was on his way back when a maid had gone by and told him Dao Ming had set up a meeting for the top three Heishou members, he of course needing to be present, and to bring the chocolates with him still. The third top member of the Heishou was a water bender named Matthias. Daichi had not been very acquainted with him, but he knew his name and that he was in charge of the Heishou's naval forces. Fitting, being that he was a water bender. He was also rumored to be a very good sea captain, saying that no one knows the waters better than him. He walked into the room and saw Matthias there and Dao Ming was next to him. She had a very happy look on her face. Daichi set the chocolates on the table, then slid the tray over to Dao Ming, the tray stopping right in front of her. "Your chocolates Miss Ming."

Matthias would be the first one to arrive, but would not be alone for long. Just as he was about to take his seat, Dao-Ming rushed in and was hyper and enthusiastic as always, nearly tackling him in the process. "MATTY! Whatcha doin'?" she inquired in her squeal of a voice. Matthias always thought to himself if the woman standing behind her could actually be as ruthless and cunning as the rumors insist. He'd never seen her lose her temper; in fact, he had never seen her in any mood other than her usual enthusiastic self.

She seems so harmless and innocent..... is Dao-Ming really as threatening as people say she is? They say a firebender's power is based on the strength of their will, and Dao-Ming never really talked much about her past. All I know is that she harbors an ineffable hatred for her father- is that HER will?

Matthias wasn't doubting her bending skills at all, so much as questioning her ability to take the life of someone else- or even harm anything for that matter. The sudden assault caught him by surprise, so he stuttered when he went to answer. After the two had settled, Matthias tried to respond, "Oh... umm.... I'm-" was all Matthias would say when another person burst in and stood next to her before saying, "Your chocolates, Miss Ming."

The man was odd looking with darkly tanned skin and pointed ears. When the man stood tall, Matthias could see that he was a fragile giant, weighing in at what was probably no more than 180 lbs, despite being around 6'6" in height. Matthias assumed this man to be the Hand of Earth- Daichi. He seemed very cordial, as if to purposely contradict the rumors. Matthias began to wonder in his head who told him these things anyway- both assumptions appeared to be blatantly wrong. At least, that's what it appeared to be. Only time would tell if the rumors would hold up.

Once Dao-Ming would take her seat or otherwise motion, Matthias would take his seat to her right, leaving one empty seat between them as that was supposed to be where the Hand of Air (whom they had not yet recruited) would sit. If the princess wanted him to move, he would oblige, but figured it'd be best to follow standard protocol for now. "Sooooo......" Matthias began, "Miss Ming, what is the order of business for which we were called?" Matthias was excited as this was the first time all three of them had been together since the organization's founding. Hopefully, the meeting would prove to be interesting and insightful.

Dao-Ming squealed when he brought the chocolate. She kissed him full on the mouth and then plopped a square looking piece of chocolate into her mouth. She savored the taste then put her hands on either side of his cheeks. She used her filed nails, that were rather sharp due to her filiing them that way, to scratch two lines on either side of his cheeks. Small drops of blood fell from them. Once she swallowed her chocolate she licked the blood off his cheeks then dropped another piece of chocolate into her mouth. "Mmm, blood and chocolate. Such a perfect mix together. Especially when it's your blood, Daichi," she said with a sadistic smile.

She then turned to Matthias. "I suppose I should get right to the point Matty-kins, buuuuuut I feel like teasing you. Chocolate?" she said handing him a piece. She would then jump over the table onto the other side and begin to spin around in circles in a small kind of dance. It was one she had done in the fire nation when she was still the princess.

"I wish we had a new pet. We still need an Air master," the woman said with a pout. She was frightened that her plan wouldn't work. They really did need an air master to help with their plotting. For now she just needed more underlings. People to go do her dirty work or to act as her body guards. She also needed people to go after the avatar for her.

Getting serious about her global take over she then turned back to the two who were still sitting at the table. Her eyes burned with the desire for power. "We are going to take over the world. Starting with Southern Water Tribe. Matthias I want you to take our troops and help the Earth Kingdom General, Data, to take over the Southern Water tribe. As that is going on, I want Daichi to take over the Southern Air Temple. I don't care how you do it, you're smart enough to know what needs to be done. I'm going to rule this world, and become the Avatar," she told them with an evil grin. A small flame came out of her hand and then closed her fist around it to kill it. Much like she would do to anyone who got in her way.

Daichi felt the slight sting as Dao Ming's nails dug into his skin on his cheeks drawing a small amount of blood. She loved being rough like that and Daichi's body was able to withstand how rough she could get, so Daichi didn't mind it at all. He walked around the table and sat in a chair near Dao Ming. Matthias was ordered to use his naval forces for the control of the southern water tribe, while Daichi would be finding a way to control the Southern Air temple.

"It won't be a problem Milady, the Air Nomads are peaceful and we will be able to come to a peaceful agreement. I have a small plan though. If we are to keep ourselves low for our impending assault over the fire nation, then I suggest that I keep our name quiet when I take control over the Temple. The Nomads may defend themselves if they hear the same group that has taken the Southern Water Tribe is wanting to occupy their temple. I plan on stating that the Tribe has been attacked and we have recieved information that their Temple is next, and that we wish to keep ourselves there in order to help defend. There while under control, I can search for an effective Air Bender so serve as the final hand."

I've been busy the past 2 days, I'll post tomorrow by 7pm EST, hopefully.

Matthias accepted the chocolate with a guilty pleasure. He always had a soft spot for sweets and noodles. As he noshed on the small piece and let the milk chocolate melt in his mouth, Matthias listened to Dao-Ming as she answered his questions, and his doubts. "Mmm, blood and chocolate. Such a perfect mix together." she said. Yep, sorry I ever doubted her sadism, Matthias thought to himself. Dao-Ming would get straight to the point, and although he knew now for a fact that Dao-Ming was crazy, he didn't realize just how insane she was.

"We are going to take over the world." she had said. Matthias almost choked on his piece of chocolate, even though it was no larger than the nib of a pen. How could she expect to take over the world with only 2 generals and a handful of men. The fleet Matthias commanded only possessed about 6 battleships and 1 command center. Even Daichi who headed the land units only had several hundred men. Albeit well-trained and devoted to Dao-Ming's cause, but still, THE WORLD? Matthias tried to shrug it off, but then she said the words that struck him as though he was kissing a transcontinental locomotive as it was peaking it's velocity.

"Starting with Southern Water Tribe. Matthias I want you to take our troops and help the Earth Kingdom General, Data, to take over the Southern Water tribe." His own homeland- the land he had grew up in and loved, even now, she wanted him to attack. Matthias believed that Dao-Ming knew this, and had him attack it for that exact reason- to test his loyalty. Not only that, but he knew that she knew that he knew the land better than anybody else. She also mentioned that he'd be teaming up with an Earth Kingdom General, which was reassuring for troop count and support, but he wondered just how an Earthbender would fare in the South Pole- everything was locked in ice and water bordered on all sides.

Matthias spaced out to go over the words and situation in his head while Daichi was explaining something that was currently unimportant to Matthias. He had two options- turn on his homeland... or turn on his mentor and the one person he trusted and found hope in. The internal argument was giving him a headache, and Matthias pushed his hair back with both his hands and stared down at the oak table, as though it would give him the answer to his problem. Matthias made up his mind. "As you wish, Master Dao-Ming. However, I have one request- make sure Data's forces can handle the cold climate and lack of earth for bending. They must come prepared for this, or else only bad things can come of it. Oh, and one more thing. When do we strike?"
