~The world has seen it’s fair share of crazy things....luckily most of those things have vanished over time...well they had. Recently, creatures of legend have started to spring up all across the land. In different parts of the world beasts of legend have once again begun terrorizing the world. For fear of death the people and lords of the areas alike have come together for the purpose pooling their funds to offer large rewards for the creatures....dead or alive. If the so called Hunters have what it takes.
~Okay so heres how it works. If you think you gots what it takes, you are being summoned, called upon, or requested for your expert services. People gots monster problems and they need’em taken care of. You’ll be posting below if you are up for the task, and put in groups. This is how we will determine who goes after which creature. Now wether or not you want to team up for this party is up to you guys, however for the sake of the event we’re gonna ask you determine it from the jump. Meaning No saying, “Yeah lets be friends....” Then turn around and stab someone in da Back. If ya Wanna fight for it, fight for it. We’re gonna focus on the Hunt here ya dig?
Oh yeah, and these beasts of legend I mentioned.... They’ll be controlled by your’s truly, friendly staff and volunteers already selected to fairly control the beasts to provide a fun, engaging, and challenging event. And we are selected to control them based on skill, not popularity and it’s for your own good. We’re not trying to end the event in the first encounter with the beast your after, where would the fun in that be right?

| Due to my character being a master bender i'm going to set my training in the past to match my history... Feel the flow of the water and it will follow your movements. Those words played back in Shin's head constantly as he stared at the giant puddle before him. He knew the quote all too well from reading it in scrolls, but that did not mean he was any closer to acheiving it. The boy wasn't too sure, but maybe it was the fact that he only heard his own voice telling him that it could be done. Why would he believe his own voice? A voice he knew had no clue what it was talking about. He was no esteemed waterbender, nor was he a teacher. He was just the demon child that he family hated. No one trusted him. So why should he trust himself? Shaking the negative thoughts out of his mind, he focused on the cool water that was so still it could have been frozen. Lifting his arms, he watched as it moved slightly before lifting up in an unsturdy horizontal line. The wavering of the liquid matched his shakey confidence as he squinted his eyes in concentration. As he moved the water moved, losing drops as he made it float around him up until it was all back on the ground. Sweating slightly, he smirked as he realized that he had finally made progress. It took a few more tries and with each one came more confidence in the pale skinned boy. He found that controlling the water was much more simple than he thought it was. Only his doubt stopped him from reaching his full potential. Lifting his arms up once more, he lifted the water, this time with much more grace than the first time. And with a snap of his wrist, the water whipped forward. He had finally learned the water whip. (301words) Tech. Learned - Spoiler:
Name of technique: Water Whip Rank: Beginner Element: Water Description: The most frequently seen move involves creating a lashing tendril of water to swipe at an opponent. The shape, size, and length are all determined by a Waterbender's control. More powerful benders can create larger whips or ones of greater finesse. Due to water being nigh-incompressible, a whip can be sharpened into a blade that can even slice through metal with relative ease (skilled only). The water whip lasts only two posts. Range: Close (2 meters)

| Learning how to move water around was one thing. Putting enough force behind it to knock someone back was a totally new experience. Shin was currently sitting on top of a large boulder staring at an even larger pond. Thanks to the conversations of passing water benders he was able to better prepare himself to learn this technique. They all said the larger your source of water was, the easier it was to do what you were trying to do. Shin's confidence had grown since the first technique he had learned. So he knew he could do anything those spoiled brats could do. Even if his father didn't support him. Jumping off of the rock, he landed gently on his feet before facing the water. Lifting his arms, he made the water follow suit as he began to move it around with ease. It was as if he were dancing and the water was his partner, the way they mirrored each others mvements was sight to see. Though it held no diference to how well he controlled the water around him, the boy preferred to get a feel for it before training. It made him that much more comfortable when the time came. Finally, the boy had decided that he had enough fun and faced his opoonent. The giant stone that he was sitting on before. Of course it would be difficult to move, but what better target to make. If he could knock this back then he could knock any man back. His first few tries produced water whips that were pretty good but lacked the power to do what he wanted. On his final try, Shin finally produced a jet of water as it made the boulder budge. It didn't move nearly as far as he wanted it to, but it was an achievement. (306 words) Tech. Learned - Spoiler:
Name of technique: Water Jet Rank: Beginner Element: Water Description: High pressure jets can be used to force opponents back or (skilled only) even blast clean through a target if focused enough. Water jets are primarily used if the user has the intent of severely hurting their opponents. Range: Mid (6 Meters)
